Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in agriculture equipment sales.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in agriculture or agriculture sales.
• Strong knowledge of farm equipment industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
