Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the agriculture industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling farm equipment products.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in agriculture sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of farm equipment manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
