Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biology will be preferred. MBA will be an added advantage.
• Sales experience in the healthcare, medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or genetic testing industry.
• Knowledge of genetics and molecular diagnostics will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Establish partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals and other healthcare professionals to promote genetic testing services.
• Promote the company's diagnostic services through regular field visits and product presentations.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct promotional and branding activities within the assigned territory.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and business updates.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Stable employment history with consistent performance.
