Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for ACP, cladding, lamination, plywood, and wooden flooring products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Job Requirements :

• 6-18 years of experience in project sales or related field (ACP, building materials).
• Strong understanding of ACP, cladding, lamination, plywood, and wooden flooring products.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective team management and relationship-building skills.
