* Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise a team of *15-20 sales persons*.
* Set targets and monitor daily/weekly performance.
* Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
* Motivate, guide and support the team to improve productivity.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
* Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
* Coordinate with senior management and provide performance updates.
* Handle customer-related issues and ensure proper follow-up.
