Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to lead and manage Health Insurance sales operations in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Health Insurance sales, team management, business development, and channel expansion, along with a proven track record of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the designated territory.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales professionals to ensure consistent performance.
• Develop and strengthen distribution through agency, direct, and partner channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and customers.
• Monitor team performance and implement appropriate strategies to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Identify market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategies for territory growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Drive team engagement, productivity, and overall business performance across the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Team Handling/Team Management.
• Strong knowledge of Health Insurance products and distribution channels.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
