Area Sales Manager - Wires and Cable

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Wires & Cables industry.
• Mandatory experience handling the West Market.
• Must have managed at least 2 locations/territories in West India.
• Currently working as ASM or above in the sales hierarchy.
• Strong channel sales, distributor management, and business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and market share across the West region.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and key channel partners.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor competition, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Lead territory planning, forecasting, and target achievement.
