Area Sales Manager - West India

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue across the assigned territory.
• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
• Expand presence across camera, photography, mobile, electronics, and gadget stores.
• Manage and monitor sales executives and field activities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Execute dealer schemes, promotions, product demos, and retail activations.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and retailer engagement.
• Track primary/secondary sales, stock, collections, and market performance.
• Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in offline/channel sales.
• Experience in consumer electronics, camera, photography, mobile, or gadgets preferred.
• Strong distributor and retailer network.
• Experience managing sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
