About this role
Looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage sales operations in the Used Car Loan segment across assigned locations.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage 3-5 Sales Managers.
- Drive Used Car Loan business, sales and disbursements.
- Drive sales & disbursements for 50-60 LPA ticket sizes.
- Develop and maintain DSA & Connector channels.
- Drive business growth, lead conversion & team productivity.
- Ensure process compliance and strong customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- 08-10 years of sales experience
- Strong team handling & leadership experience
- Experience in Used Car Loans essential
- Proven track record of sales & target achievement
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Strong market knowledge & business development capabilities
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA preferred.

- Navi Mumbai, Pune & Ahmedabad.
