Area Sales Manager - Used Car Loan

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Managers Used Car Loan to drive open market and OEM business, manage and develop a sales team, expand market presence and achieve business targets across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive Used Car Loan business through open market and OEM channels across the assigned area.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, authorised dealerships, used-car dealers, DSA/DSA partners and other channel partners.

* Generate business through OEM/dealer tie-ups and open market sourcing.

* Identify and onboard new OEM/dealer/channel partners to expand the business network.

* Manage, motivate and monitor a team of Sales Executives/FOS.

* Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.

* Drive business growth through effective market mapping and territory expansion.

* Conduct regular field visits to OEMs, dealerships, used-car dealers and other sourcing points.

* Monitor daily team productivity, leads, customer meetings, login pipeline and conversion.

* Track the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.

* Maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners and ensure regular business generation.

* Work closely with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing of proposals.

* Ensure quality sourcing and minimize rejection, cancellation and other process-related issues.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members to improve productivity.

* Identify manpower requirements and support recruitment and team build-up for the assigned area.

* Ensure newly recruited team members are properly trained and productive.

* Prepare and submit regular business, productivity and performance reports to management.

* Ensure adherence to client/company policies, processes, compliance and documentation requirements.

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 10+ years of experience in Used Car Loans / Auto Loans / Retail Asset Sales.

* Strong experience in Open Market Sales and OEM/Dealer business.

* Experience in managing and developing a sales team.

* Strong network and relationships with OEMs, authorised dealers, used-car dealers, DSA/DSA partners and other channel partners.

* Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets.

* Strong market development and field sales capabilities.

* Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

* Strong team-building and people-management capabilities.

* Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
