Area Sales Manager - Urology (Any segment) - Mumbai HQ.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for Urology or (Any segment) Consumables within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Urology Surgeons, OT Teams, and Hospital Stakeholders.

Provide product support and ensure regular hospital coverage.

Manage territory performance, customer engagement, and sales targets.

Coordinate with hospital teams and support clinical requirements when needed.

Comfortable working and spending time in the Operation Theatre (OT) environment.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3 to 6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Urology Consumables, or Capital Equipment Sales.

Candidates currently handling Urology or(Any segment) Capital Equipment and looking to transition into Urology Consumables are also encouraged to apply.

Strong exposure to Hospital / Clinical Sales.

Good communication and relationship management skills.

Experience handling surgeon interactions and hospital-based sales.

Ability to manage territory and achieve business goals.
