Area Sales Manager/Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in assigned regions
• Build and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare channel sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline
• Meet industrial clients within the assigned territory for business generation
• Manage dealers and oversee secondary sales
• Develop and expand channel partner networks
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
• Contribute to organizing technical symposiums

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline ; MBA/PGBM will be preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales of Industrial Products
• Prefer candidates with B2B industrial sales experience (Safety or MRO products)
• Knowledge of Industrial belts in and around designated areas
• Experience in dealer management is preferable.
• Should be open to travel 15 - 20 days in a month.
• Should be exceptionally good in communication.
• Should be well versant with the local language of the respective locations
