Area Sales Manager, Retail (Channel Sales) - Delhi Location

Job Description

Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd is seeking an energetic and target-driven Area Sales Manager Retail to join our expanding sales team. This role involves driving channel sales, managing distributors and retailers, and ensuring high-impact market penetration for our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Execution

• Achieve category-wise sales targets for the assigned territory.
  
• Implement corrective actions to meet targets and improve performance.
  
• Strengthen distribution networks through effective use of RREP 1 & RREP 2 models.
  

2. Developing & Managing partner relationship

• Identification & appointment of new distributor as per the Company requirement.

• Maintains relationships with the dealers/distributors by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities / solutions.
  

3. Network expansion

• To increase the depth & breadth of distribution by effective implementation of RREP 1 & RREP 2 targets.

• To maintain the retail data base & conduct daily visits to the retail counters.
  

4. Branding & Promotion

• To increase brand awareness of products by executing branding & sales promotion activities in coordination with the Branding Team
  
• To measure the conversion ratio for the branding & promotion activities organised in the assigned territory.

5. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, schemes, and market trends.
  
• Share insights for product development and new opportunities.
  

6. MIS & Reporting

• Maintain updated dashboards and provide reports as per organizational needs.

7. Team development

• Monitoring individual performances of the team and motivate them by providing constructive feedback /training to enhance their capabilities and sales performance.
