Role & responsibilities

• Achievement of Primary & Secondary sales targets (Volume & Value) on monthly basis for the assigned region/ area (MBO multi brand Outlet only)
• Managing the existing Dealer/s (Normal + Shop-in-Shop + Key Accounts) & distributor network
• Introduction of new dealer + new Shop-in-Shops Dealers
• Meeting monthly Shop-in-Shop Tertiary Sales Targets
• SIS Operations Staff Training + VM + Stocks Management
• Ensuring timely dispatch against order and timely payment collection
• Overseeing the Stocks Audit Process
• Preparation and submission of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Half Yearly / Yearly sales report
• Sales planning and forecasting
• Market & Competitors Analysis
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Management

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/MBA with relevant experience in MBO apparel, fashion, FMCG, or retail sales
Strong distribution and channel management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
