Area Sales Manager -Project Sales - CCTV & Surveillance (off roll)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for CCTV & Surveillance projects, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing contracts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, OEM Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
  
• Strong understanding of Access Control, BoQ preparation, estimation processes, and contractor billing procedures.
  
• Proven track record of success in selling CCTV systems and surveillance solutions through consultative selling techniques.
