Area Sales Manager POSP Channel | Motor Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of POS to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting new POS, training them on general insurance products such as auto, motor, and vehicle insurance.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth in the agency channel.

Job Requirements :

• 2-15 years of experience in general insurance industry, preferably in an agency development or POS management role.
• Strong understanding of auto insurance, motor insurance, POS systems, and recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective agent recruitment and development.
