Position: Area Business Manager (ABM)

Salary : upto 9LPA max

Must be a Graduate

What You'll Do:
Drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers, and key business partners
Assess large-value deals and ensure quality business sourcing
Monitor disbursements, portfolio quality, and business performance
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Collaborate with collections to maintain a healthy portfolio

Who We're Looking For:

Graduate (MBA/Post Graduate preferred)
68 years of experience in NBFC/Banking, preferably in Commercial or Vehicle Finance
Strong market knowledge with experience in the same geography
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
