Role & responsibilities

• Achieve targets of Australian quality assurance and patented technology products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage, guide, and motivate Medical Representatives / Business Executives.
• Plan and execute effective field sales strategies for the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members and monitor their performance.
• Ensure effective product detailing and implementation of marketing strategies.
