Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for monthly Target Vs Achievement Planning.
2. Responsible for New Area and New Channel Development.
3. Responsible for Monthly Sales Review.
4. Market intelligence report, Competitor Brand Prices and Activities updates to Head Category.
5. Responsible for New Product launch.
6. Responsible for manpower planning and execution with in the territory.
7. SKU Wise Product Sales Vs Acheivement, Stock forecasting & Planning.
8. Responsible for thr detailed Analysis About The Secondary Plan.
9. Responsible for One To One Review- Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly.
10. Responsible for the Market updates to immediate reporting manager.
11. Conducting Sales Team Training workshops, Rewards & Recognition of the best performers.
12. Team market working and ensuring brand availability and visibility across the channel.
13. Ensure and educate the team to follow Product FIFO to maintain product freshness.
14. Sales forecast, Indent Planning and on time supplies.
15. Focus On The slow Moving Products / SKU's.
16. Market working along with the teams.
17. Onboard New channel and New stores by listing Products.
18. Ensure Daily sales team reviews to ensure better performance.
19. Accountable for Account receivables (Collections) with in specified time.
20. Logistics, fleet management and optimum utilisation of vehicles.
21. Interdepartmental coordination (plant, production, finance, logistics, Quality Assurance & Finance etc).

Preferred candidate profile

1. Thorough understanding of the milk business and latest developments in the Industry
2. Knowledge of competitor prices and sales figures
3. Knowledge of Dodla Products
