Job Purpose

Drive medical equipment finance business in Jaipur by acquiring customers and developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, doctors, medical equipment dealers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities-

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
• Generate business through direct sales, dealers, DSAs, OEMs and referral partners.
• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and medical equipment dealers.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations and Collections teams.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, KYC and compliance.
• Manage and motivate the sales team, if applicable.
• Track pipeline, conversion, disbursement and portfolio quality.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate repeat business.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in NBFC/Banking Equipment Finance, Machinery Finance, Medical Equipment Finance or Healthcare Finance.
• Strong B2B sales and channel-partner management experience.
• Good knowledge of the Jaipur market.
• Existing network with medical equipment dealers/hospitals will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented with good communication and relationship-management skills.
