Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned region.
• Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network.
• Build relationships with hospitals, corporate hospitals, and diagnostic centres.
• Promote and sell Consumables, biomedical equipment (ICU, OT, Surgical, Imaging, etc.)
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to doctors and biomedical engineers.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team in the territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
