Area Sales Manager - LED Lighting Industry

Role & responsibilities

Must have experience in LED driver & LED lightning industry

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and outstation travel within the assigned region.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote company products and provide product-related guidance to customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
