Area Sales Manager: Jodhpur

Objective:

To drive sales and disbursements for Secured Micro LAP (Loan Against Property 40 Lakh) through DSA and connector channels across 3-4 assigned cities, ensuring business growth, compliance, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Lead a team of 3-5 Sales Managers; mentor, guide, and review their performance regularly.
• Ensure team adherence to monthly business and productivity targets.
• Channel Development:
• Manage and expand the DSA & connector network to maximize market coverage and loan disbursals.
• Conduct regular engagement and training sessions for partners.
• Business Delivery:
• Drive sales of secured Micro LAP products ( 40 Lakh ticket size).
• Ensure lead conversion, TAT adherence, and file quality.
• Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless end-to-end processing.
• Market Penetration:
• Identify new business opportunities and geographies within assigned cities.
• Benchmark competition and share actionable insights for product and process improvement.
• Compliance & Process:
• Ensure all sourcing and documentation is in line with internal policy and regulatory norms.
• Maintain robust MIS and dashboards to track performance, pipeline, and aging.
