About this role
Key Job Responsibilities -
- Appoint, manage, and develop super stockists and distributors
- Plan monthly targets, schemes, and business growth with channel partners
- Monitor secondary sales and stock movement
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets
- Conduct gap analysis and implement corrective actions
- Appoint new distributors and expand retail network
- Increase product penetration in new and existing markets
- Develop both general trade and modern trade channels
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (Cosmetics Sales, Beauty Products).
- Strong knowledge of Ayurveda, Baby Care, Hair Care, Perfumes, Shampoo, Skin Care products.
