Area Sales Manager - High Voltage Testing & Diagnostics

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales growth & order intake across the region
• Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations & customer training
• Develop new business with:
Power Utilities
Transformer & Cable Manufacturers
EPC Contractors
Testing Laboratories
• Handle tenders, technical proposals & commercial offers
• Provide market intelligence to global product & strategy teams
• Coordinate with internal teams for forecasting, CRM and order execution
• Follow up on deliveries and payments

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in Transformer / Cable / HV Testing industry
Strong understanding of Transformer Testing & Diagnostics
Knowledge of Cable Testing PD, Tan Delta
Familiarity with IEC Standards / Protection Systems
Experience in Transformer Test Field, Technical B2B Sales & Tendering
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Willingness to travel and work hands-on with customers
Power Systems / High Voltage Engineering specialization will be an advantage.
