Job Opening: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lucknow, Uttar pardesh
Industry:- Specifically in Dry Fruits, Nuts or FMCG Food companies will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
2. Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
4. Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.
Requirements:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
2. 5 to10 years of FMCG sales /Team handling experience in Dry Fruit's & Nuts or spices will be preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of Lucknow, Uttar pardesh Apart of the state markets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
