Area Sales Manager (FLM) Benin & Burkina Faso

Mandatory: Candidates must be currently working as an Area Sales Manager in a pharmaceutical company. Applications from candidates in other designations will not be considered.

Experience: 8–12 Years & currently working as ASM.

Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive prescription product sales and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and execute sales plans to maximize market growth.
• Monitor territory performance and ensure target achievement.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, CME activities, and doctor engagement programs.
• Coordinate with PMT and HO teams for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure product availability, stock management, and sample allocation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and recommend growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor the field team to deliver high performance.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in international markets.
• Strong understanding of prescription product marketing and sales.
• Experience in distributor management and territory development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel within the assigned country.
