Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Loan against Property products in the designated area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights
