Area Sales Manager-Delhi/NCR

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our Delhi NCR regional field sales division. You will head an expanding field sales organization comprising 4 to 6 Team Leads and 25 to 40 Field BD Executives targeting MSMEs, clinics, retailers, and corporate traders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Territory & Quota Strategy: Structure macro-zones, assign contiguous pincode beats, set progressive sales targets, and deliver monthly revenue forecasts.
• Second-Line Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate Team Leads; review daily beat health, joint-closing ratios, and team productivity scorecards.
• Ground Rigor & Audits: Conduct weekly field visits across zone base hubs to audit pipeline authenticity and merchant satisfaction.
• Attrition & Capacity Management: Maintain an active hiring buffer in coordination with HR to ensure zero territory vacancy across all sales zones.
• Unit Economics: Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) against monthly merchant subscription value and onboarding turnaround time.
