Area Sales Manager - Consumer Durable {Chandigarh}

Role & responsibilities

ASM: Responsible for overseeing the sales activities within the designated area to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Primarily focusing on managing a team of DSM/CM/TM and building strong relationships with clients to promote our financial products and service

-Partnership expansion with GT and Key accounts

-POS expansion in their defined territories

• Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. Sales plan execution.
• Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the location
• Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the location.

Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• More Than 6 year of Experience in Sales- Consumer Finance / CD
• Team Oriented and Inspirational Leader.
• Must be able to direct, coach and mentor the growth and success.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee (500+).
• Problem Solving and Decision Making Skill.
• Distribution Experience.
• Bachelor degree Management.
• Ability to drive the Sale Process as per Plan
