Area Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicle Loan

Principal Accountabilities

• Supervise and manage all operational activities at the branch.
• Build strong & positive relationships with strategic customers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for machinery loan and medical equipment financing products.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients, reviewing financial statements, and credit reports to make lending decisions.
• Implementation of the decisions taken by the management.
• Ensuring timely banking of cash / cheque on daily basis and timely submission of Fund Flow Statement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Structure loan deals that meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring they align with the NBFC's risk appetite and profitability goals.

Qualification, Experience Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
• Minimum 4-5-year experience in Tele-Sales (Preferably lending products).
• Experience in leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
