You will lead a high-performing team, leverage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, and ensure timely product availability through efficient logistics and inventory management. Your leadership will directly impact brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and profitability and ensuring timely delivery of ice cream and frozen dessert products, the Area Sales Manager ensures sustained business performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals as outlined in the business plan.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and expand the distribution network effectively.
- Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of push cart business operations to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Optimize the use of resources, funds, and operational costs to support sustainable profitability.
- Maintain robust asset management and control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery of ice cream and frozen dessert products across all channels.
- Design and manage customer contract programs, while proactively addressing and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
RequirementsRequirements:- Proven 9+ years experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG, ice cream, or frozen food industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in dynamic markets.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills with a focus on market intelligence and expansion.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Proficiency in logistics coordination and supply chain management.
- Skilled in customer relationship management and handling contract programs.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and financial stewardship.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
