Generate and manage plot sales leads through various channels

Meet prospective buyers and investors in the field

Understand customer investment and purchase requirements

Present plot projects and explain investment opportunities

Conduct site visits and project demonstrations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

Handle negotiations and drive sales closures

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
