Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales across the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and other key customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle regular market visits and territory development.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order execution.
• Be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Must have sales experience in Building Material products.
• Experience in Roofing / Metal Roofing / PEB / Construction Materials will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• Candidates with strong dealer/distributor or project sales experience will be preferred.
