Area sales manager (Bangalore)

Your activities

• Develops and implements account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategyformulated by the Sub director.
• Responsible for the assigned area in the business model regarding revenue,strategy & execute the strategy defined by the Sub region director.
• Provides professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients.
• Identifies and generates new business opportunities in end user segments and inServices.
• Responsible for opportunities funnel, hit ratio, profitability.
• Implements agreed price strategy of Subregion BM to avoiding internal price competition in co-operation with Global Key account & National key account.
• Maintaining impactful relationship with stakeholders and enhancing customer centricitywithin the organization.
• Identify the customers future needs and issues to provide the right solutions.
• Cooperation during introduction of new solutions / services with the sub region director.
• To prepare and submit reports to management on time.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of sales experience, with a significant portion in handling End-user/OEM customers.
• Experience in Sales or Marketing or business development with End-user/OEM customers
