Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth of VEKA Accessories by developing the Fabricator network, expanding partnerships, managing key accounts, and generating business from Builders, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, and Developers across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for VEKA Accessories in MP & Chhattisgarh.
• Develop new Fabricators, Contractors, and Project Partners.
• Drive specification and project sales through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, and Developers.
• Increase market penetration and identify new business opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS.

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 7-12 years of experience in Building Materials/Architectural Hardware/Fenestration.
• Minimum 5+ years of Core Project Sales experience.
• Strong network with Fabricators, Architects, Builders, and Developers in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
