Area Sales Incharge - Sugar Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of assigned territory to achieve monthly targets.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales, retail sales, and distribution channel sales.
  
• Lead distributors and retailers to ensure effective distribution management.

• Team management and driving Secondary sales via team to achieved business targets.
  
• Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and manage inventory control processes.
  
• Identify opportunities for growth in staples, sugar category (Madhur) within the region.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in channel sales, distribution management, general trade, primary sales, retail management, retail sales.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree relevant work experience preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior in Ahmedabad/ Pune/ Nagpur
