Job Purpose

To drive secondary sales growth, expand distribution reach, and ensure effective product availability, visibility, and execution across General Trade outlets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the territory

Manage and develop distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers Expand numeric distribution and outlet coverage

Execute trade schemes, promotions, and new product launches Track competitor pricing, schemes, and shelf presence

Submit regular sales reports and market feedback

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong field sales execution

Distributor and channel management

Negotiation and relationship management

Qualification & Experience

10th, 12th & Graduation

Maximum one years of experience in FMCG field sales

Experience in General Trade
