Area Sales Head - REO (Ajmer, Jaipur & Bikaner)

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth for REO, Heater, Air Cooler, Fan and Wire categories.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
• Drive distributor performance through coaching and market engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competition and sales data to formulate growth strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and cross-functional teams for business development.
• Conduct product and sales training programs for channel partners.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, volume and market share targets.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 5-8 years of sales experience in Electricals, FMEG, Consumer Durables, Fans, Wires, Switches, Appliances industry.
• Strong distributor/channel sales management experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Maximum Age: 35 Years.(With Regular Graduate degree.)
