About this role
- Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, retailers, electricians, contractors, and institutional customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to meet existing customers and onboard new dealers.
- Build strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, retailers, and key market influencers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential distribution partners.
- Promote company products, schemes, offers, and new product launches.
- Conduct electrician meets, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, dispatches, outstanding payments, and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer preferences, and market developments.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain control over overdue outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, market visit reports, and sales forecasts.
