Job Summary

Leeford Healthcare Limited is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Area Sales Executive for our expanding Cosmacia (Cosmetics) division. This role requires an experienced sales professional capable of managing a dedicated team, expanding the retail footprint, and driving growth in skincare, haircare, and personal care segments. The candidate will oversee primary and secondary sales, manage distributor networks, and build strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), and Sales Representatives within the assigned region.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members to review performance, provide on-the-job training, and improve market conversion rates.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales targets for individual team members, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Sales & Business Development

• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed primary and secondary sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, explore untapped territories, and drive brand visibility across retail channels.
• Launch new product variants and execute targeted promotional campaigns to maximize secondary sales volumes.

Channel & Distributor Management

• Oversee distributor operations, ensuring optimal stock availability, timely order fulfillment, and structured inventory rotation.
• Appoint new distributors and dealers to expand the company's distribution network while managing credit limits and outstanding payments.
• Resolve dealer, distributor, and customer complaints within defined timelines to maintain high relationship equity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in retail sales within the FMCG or Cosmetics / Personal Care industry.
• Team Handling: At least 12 years of direct experience managing and supervising a field sales team is mandatory.
• Education: Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, distributor management, and market intelligence skills.
• Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
