Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, Food & Beverage or Distributor Sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
• Target-oriented and responsible.
• Good knowledge of the local Amravati market will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  
  

Job Duties

• Handle retail and distributor sales in the assigned area.
• Visit retailers and distributors regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new retail and distributor accounts.
• Take orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor product availability and stock at outlets.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
• Support promotional activities and product visibility.
• Maintain basic sales and customer records.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth order and delivery operations.
  
  

Incentives

• Extra incentives on achieving sales targets.
• Salary & Benefits : Salary: 13,000/month
• Petrol Allowance: 120/day
• Performance Incentives: Extra incentives based on target achievement
