Area Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive primary & secondary sales through monthly planning and execution
• Manage territory, distributors, and coverage expansion
• Execute beat plans (PJP) to improve field productivity
• Develop salesmen through recruitment, training, and coaching
• Drive trade promotions, BTL activities, visibility, and new launches
• Ensure availability, visibility, and process compliance
• Improve distribution width, depth, and outlet productivity
• Manage distributor alignment on sales, stock, and credit
• Track performance, competition, and category growth .

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade is Must)
• Strong analytical, planning, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence. • Energetic, self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
