Job Description

Summary:

Visit retail outlets as per journey plan and ensure targeted Secondary Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 40 outlets on a daily basis as per the assigned the route plan.
• Lead and Train the Distributor Salesman (DSM) and monitor his/her Bill Cut and Line Cut (& for Self) & achieve average min 20 BC and 15 LC.
• Ensure merchandising in the Store and maintain FIFO and reduce damages to the least extent (less than 2%).
• Achieve the budgeted secondary target and drive DMS and ensure proper fulfilment.
• Ensure availability of all SKU's as per the Stock norm of 10 days at the distributor point.
