Area Sales Executive - CCGI Doors & Windows

We seek a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

As a Area Sales Executive, you will represent the organization in the assigned market as its Brand Ambassador and shall be the custodian of its Brand Equity.

NCL BUILDTEK LTD, (Formerly known as NCL ALLTEK & SECCOLOR LTD) is part of NCL Group and comprises of ALLTEK & SECCOLOR DIVISION.

Job Description:-

• Looking after Sales of CCGI Doors and Windows in the assigned area along with support in operations.
• Base Location is Warangal, must also handle Karimnagar & Khammam Districts.
• Base Location is Hyderabad , must also handle Nalgonda & Mahbubnagar Districts.
• Achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales targets.
• Should have experience in specifying the Building Material Products in Government Department.
• Must have experience in Tender Quotation.
• Getting direct Clients through the Government Projects like PWD, CPWD, MES, Housing Board, Slum Board Corporates of assigned areas and generating business through them.
• Creating healthy relations with New & Existing Channel partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to the clients.
• Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
• Learning and Resolving clients queries and making them understand each & every technical & non-technical aspect of their project.
• Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.
• Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
• Focus on Government Projects
• Assisting operation in process of sale order and payment follow up.
