Job Role:

• Visit apartments and residential communities.
• Build good relationships with customers and apartment associations.
• Promote BigBasket services and offers and products.
• Help in acquiring new customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide support.
• Coordinate with store and delivery teams for smooth operations.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or 12th std qualification.
• 02 years of experience in field and customer handling and targets.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and MS Office.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
