About this role
- Drive collection targets for overdue, DPD, NPA and write-off accounts.
- Lead, supervise and motivate collection officers/field executives.
- Monitor daily collection performance against assigned targets.
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency.
- Track bucket-wise performance and identify high-risk accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits and support the team in difficult/high-value cases.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, operations and legal teams for resolution of collection issues.
- Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC collection policies, customer service standards and compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS and daily/weekly/monthly collection reports for management.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Take appropriate recovery/legal action as per company policy and applicable regulations.
- Ensure accurate updating of collection activities in the companys system.
