Role & responsibilities
Business Volume & Growth Achieve and expand autoloan disbursement targets across assigned branches 1.
- Market Share Maintenance/Growth Track competitor offerings and ensure the company’s autoloan products remain competitive 1.
- Dealer Relationship Management — Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers to drive sourcing and conversions 1.
- Customer Relationship Management — Resolve customer issues, improve satisfaction, and ensure smooth loan processing 1.
- Employee Productivity — Monitor and improve productivity of sales officers and credit/operations staff in the area 1.
