Lenskart is India's largest eyewear company, now listed on the stock exchange, and it's growing faster than ever. We open new stores every week, take vision care into Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, and use AI to decide where the next store should open and to test eyes remotely.

Every store, every home eye test and every happy customer in your area runs through you. As an Area Manager, you don't just manage a territory. You build it.

What you'll do

Grow your area like it's your own business

• Own the revenue and P&L for your territory, including stores, home eye tests and everything in between
• Hit and beat targets on sales, eye-test conversions, upselling, ATV and Reach-on-Time
• Spot white spaces in your area and help decide where Lenskart opens next

Build a team people want to be part of

• Lead store managers, optometrists and field specialists
• Coach on the floor and in the field, not from a desk
• Turn new joiners into top performers and keep your best people growing with you

Make customers fall in love with Lenskart

• Own the full customer journey, from the first eye test to the final delivery
• Turn upset customers into fans and make your area's NPS the one others benchmark against

Run a sharp, data-driven operation

• Use live dashboards, location tracking and appointment systems to run your area in real time
• Make sure every appointment is on time, every visit is tracked, and every customer gets the same Lenskart standard

You're a fit if you

• Have 34 years of experience in retail, field sales or service operations, including time leading teams
• Love numbers and like being judged by them
• Coach people instead of chasing them
• Prefer being on the ground with your team over sitting in an office
• Stay calm when a customer is upset and a target is due tonight

What it takes

This is a high-ownership, on-the-ground role. Expect live location tracking, strict appointment timings and monthly revenue and KPI targets. If structure and accountability fire you up, you'll do very well here.
