Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of deployment MIS
• Maintaining asset data monthly
• Preparation of weekly VM beat plan
• Adherence to VM guidelines with respect to target vs deployed
• QC Audit (physical &online audit)
• Training & coaching , Team hiring & retention
• Self/Team Monitoring with respect to Store visits, deployment, attendance, etc.

• Good market knowledge, understanding of merchandising elements & operational flow
• Good Analytical Skill
• Effective communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Good relationship/ interpersonal skill
